Job Description:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for learning all aspects of the business at the unit level and is responsible for the production of a high quality product in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work place and clean environment.Specific duties include directing and providing leadership to farm team members, learning all costs and production volumes at the unit and farm level including spending/budgeting, the safety of farm team members, the biosecurity of the unitand farm, and all environmental issues including pit and lagoon level compliance, water and air quality and waste removal. This position is expected to gain a complete knowledge of the animal flow, processing, ventilation, feeding and vaccination protocols. Other requirements are learning customer satisfaction including PQA and maintenance including facility and dwelling maintenance; understanding the processes for implementing and monitoring policies and procedures including standard operating guidelines and human resources policies and procedures; reporting production numbers, environmental numbers, safety issues, accidents and human resources issues timely and accurately; build working relationships with all Team Members that foster open communication, increase productivity and safety. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience: Previous related experience preferred. Computer Skills:Basic computer skills. Supervisory: This position is responsible for managing one or more groups of Team Members who perform like activities. Travel: None.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
