JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties such as answering telephones and greeting visitors; sorting and distributing mail; handling Team Members sales and petty cash; processing personnel paperwork and maintaining personnel files and training records; scheduling meetings, attending meetings and preparing meeting minutes; scheduling travel reservations; typing documents and correspondence; compiling data and generatingreports, charts and flowcharts; preparing purchase orders and receivers for medications, vaccines and supplies ordered; processing invoices for payment and preparing expense reports; creating newsletters; maintaining files; and any other duties or special projects as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: 2+ years' experience. Computer Skills: Standard computer skills, including generating simple letters, spreadsheets and/or graphicsfor business use or creating simple queries and simply formatted data output using a fourth generation language. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
